My mind is at war

Healing isn’t what you think it would be

It’s like ripping your heart open so you can love the pieces back together

But how can one do this ?

The mind minted so

The pathways are engraved so thick

That paving new pathways is like Plowing through snow drifts so thick

The next day what was plowed through is built back up drifted across the road

The way only to and from home But again I must plot through it all

Trust me it gets easier

Hard snow bone chills

Wind whistling crisp dry air

You literally have to fight momentum

Its even hard to breathe, like anxiety built up

As survival trauma kicks in

So does trying to heal

It’s a battle field

In time green grass grows

Depending on the situation of combinations

Is how we know,

we grow Into wonderful fruits of nature

Like a water cleansing the land

watering your roots,

Is like friends healing each other with unconditional love

Love is a language you see

Language is everything From Mother Earth beings
