Rations

I’ve always wondered what the rations meant as a indigenous person.

But most importantly…. It brought me to think of rations

With reconciliation I always hear land back from the indigenous people

It has left me to wonder what that means….

It could mean many things

First foremost is the respect of the land

The agreements

Rations for us because that’s how we live off the land

Do farmers still supply rations for us or give us a spot to garden ?

Because the lands we live ain’t for farming

We gave up our garden for you to live in balance with us

Because that’s how we united.
